Instead of a picture a day this last week, I’m just posting my 7 favorite photos from this week. Enjoy!

and I had to add a bonus 8th photo:

*** This post looks very similar to one I did in the middle/end of last week, but since I’m doing Project Life on Tuesdays to document which photos I’m using, you’ll see some of those photos again today***
Nathan and I. I’m usually the one taking photos. We don’t have many of the two of us!

Monday. I didn’t have a photo. Oops.
Tuesday. Isaac is feeling so much better. He has perked up and showing his usual spunk.

Wednesday. Kylene and Justin sent some army men for Ethan’s birthday. The parachute jump failed. Oops!

Thursday. Audrey loves to try on my veil. I remember doing the same with my mom’s veil. I guess she comes by it naturally!

Friday. The cleaning bug hit me. I decided to organize things and throw out or box up stuff we don’t need! Freedom!

Saturday. A friend from Crown has been hospitalized with preeclampsia at 26 weeks. Teresa will be at Abbott until she delivers. Audrey decided to draw a few pictures for her. I think she mostly just tried to trace her hand (about 30 times).

Wowza! What a week it has been! Our week started with Nathan and Isaac both feeling sick. I went to church with Ethan and Audrey so we could leave Isaac and Nathan to rest.

On Monday, I got sick too. And so there were three of us sick. Isaac just seemed to be wilting.

On Tuesday we switched to pedialite because we were worried that Isaac was getting dehydrated. He wasn’t getting anything down. Poor baby.

Wednesday morning we decided it was time to take Isaac to the ER. He wasn’t getting better and just seemed to more and more lethargic. We spent more than 5 hours in the ER before they admitted us for an overnight stay.
On Thursday after successfully keeping breakfast and lunch down, Isaac got to come home! He wasted no time tracking down so snacks his sister had left out!

On Friday, Isaac was still not completely back to normal. He was still pretty tired, but it was so wonderful to see him playing and having fun at home.

On Saturday, Ethan turned 5! We let him have free reign for the day and he enjoyed every minute of it!

We started out our week by celebrating Easter at Grandpa Henning’s house in Cottage Grove. I took a photo of all “my boys” all dressed up in their Sunday best. Aren’t they handsome? And why is Ethan doing some sort of gang symbol?

Every time I turn around, Isaac is pulling himself up on something. He loves to practice standing.

Nathan found a Snuggie on clearance at Target and he bought it for me! Ethan thought it was great so he tried it out. He laughed and laughed over how big it was on him.

Another picture of Isaac standing. Look at how close he is to standing without support? Ack!

Audrey loves to dance. Daddy loves to dance with Audrey. It’s a perfect combination. I love to see the strong bond they have. I pray that it will stay strong and healthy.

Our labor of love for little Gideon was a choo-choo cake. Gideon loves choo-choo’s and I had the time! So, I made a cake (with some help from Nathan) for his party.

Here’s the birthday boy and his cake. He loved it! Yeah!
