July 8, 2013- Beginning Again

It’s time to start working on my health, fitness and weight again. I’m going to try to use this page to give weekly weigh in updates and possible other updates as well.

This is me today at 167.6 lbs:

My plan:

Daily keep my calories to 1800 or lower.

Drink 64 oz of water a day.

Run three days a week.

Cross train 2 days a week.

My initial goal is to lose 8 lbs in 6 weeks.

July 15 Update

Weigh-in: 166.2. Down 1.4 lbs
