This week I lost 1 lb. Yeah! My total loss since my initial weigh-in two weeks ago is 1.4 lbs The ticker only shows whole pounds. It would have rounded up to 2 if I had lost 1.6 lbs Starting tomorrow, I’m adding another day of running each week. My friend, Melissa, wanted to get ready for a 5k. So, we’re training together. We need to add that extra day to be ready! My discipline has been hit and miss. I know I can do better. I know for a fact that I would have not lost any weight this week if I didn’t know I “had” to weigh in today. Accountability is a good thing!
