I wasn’t sure if I should call today’s weigh-in the first one or the second one, but since I weighed myself last week, I decided that I would call this week #2.
I had 4 good days, 2 bad days and 1 okay day. I didn’t know what to expect for today. Some of the days of over-eating were close to the end of the week. I’ve been running 3 times a week with a friend. It feels good to be active and is a great way to start my day, but doesn’t really burn a ton of calories. I exercised off the equivalent of a half cup of ice cream each day I ran.
Down .4 lbs. Almost a half pound. I’m moving in the right direction.
