Audrey passed her swimming lessons level! Woohoo! I guess jumping in the pool isn’t on the list of things that they are required to do! For the most part, Audrey enjoyed swimming lessons. It was just a bummer to leave almost every day with her sobbing. I was a little embarrassed about it too, but what could I do? I couldn’t force Audrey to jump in the pool. The instructor couldn’t force her to do it. So, she would stand on the side of the pool at the end of lessons every day and cry and everyone would watch and feel sorry for us.
I’m glad we’re done now. It was very hard to keep an eye on Isaac during lessons and the timing was horrible. It was right at nap time. We didn’t sign up for that time. They switched it because of a scheduling conflict with the swim team. I know to sign up earlier next year!
So, now I can compare the two schedules of lessons: Ethan had his lessons in the evening twice a week for 4 weeks. Audrey had hers 4 days a week during the day for 2 weeks. I think I liked the evening one better. It felt like less running around since it was spread out and it was at a time that Nathan could meet me and take Isaac.
Now that lessons are all done, I can get ready for my camping trip this weekend. I have not packed at all yet. I should probably do that soon!

Good job, Audrey!!
Great work Audrey! I have a girl who wouldn’t jump into the pool either!
